Anonymous listings and listings with alternative contact methods are not permitted.

When submitting a listing, always include your full name and address. Anonymous listings are not allowed.

No phone number, fax number, email address, or website address should appear in the text of the listing.

Listings may not include a phone number, fax number, or email address. Your contact information is automatically generated from your customer account and will also be displayed in the final listing. Therefore, entering your contact information in the text of the listing is not necessary.

No website addresses are allowed in listings.

No references to other listings are permitted.

Listings cannot contain any references to other listings from a seller. Additionally, referring to the seller’s online stores and other trading platforms or auction sites is strictly prohibited.

Listed machines classified as such cannot simultaneously be part of an auction.

Please promptly delete or deactivate sold items. We strive to keep our database as up-to-date as possible, so expired offers are highly undesirable and prohibited in our terms and conditions.

Once a listing is deleted, re-uploading is not allowed.

Instantly re-uploading previously deleted listings for competitive distortion reasons is not permitted.

The company logo may not be used in machine images or as photos of the machines.

Do not use logos instead of images of machines. Placing the company logo in machine images is also prohibited.

Only use images that you have the legal right to use.

Similarly, photos for which copyright belongs to the manufacturer or competitor photos can only be uploaded with the written permission of the respective copyright holder.

Listing images that only contain “photo to follow” or similar are not permitted.

Please write your technical descriptions regarding the items you offer for sale. Copying texts and sections from other sellers’ listings is prohibited and usually leads to uncomfortable situations that are better avoided.

Only include technical descriptions that are specific to the machine you are offering. Using keyword lists or search phrases in the listing is not permitted. Listing for other machines, products, consumables, and general advertising is also not permitted.

Naming your company in the title of the listing and repeating words in the listing title is prohibited. Manufacturers are exempt from this regulation.

Please ensure that you place your listing in the appropriate categories – it is to your benefit.

Please do not list a price of $1 in the listings. Listings that show $1 as the purchase price (also as a fixed price or basis for negotiation) will not be activated.

Please provide relevant information about the type of machine or vehicle type as well as the manufacturer and model and avoid promotional phrases. Only in this way can your listings be found through the search functionality by potential buyers.

When entering your contact information, please ensure you enter an available phone number.

Do not list an item more than once.

Absolutely no contact information is allowed.

Location information in the “listing location” section must be limited to city and country. Providing a precise address, including street, house number, and postal code is not permitted
